My story

My story

Caddie joined PACK Taiwan in May 2025. When he was living as a stray, it’s said that he once led a group of street dogs to chew up the bumper of a luxury car—earning him a spot at the Keelung Animal Shelter. After staying there for nearly three months, Caddie finally met the PACK evaluation team. They discovered a bright, cheerful dog who’s playful without being overbearing, attentive to people’s cues, and deeply social. We believe that with enough exercise and love, Caddie will make a warm, affectionate companion dog. Come meet him—you won’t want to miss this boy!

Caddie

Personality

If Caddie were a person, he’d be the popular kid in school—tall, handsome, confident, funny, and socially graceful. He knows how to read the room, treats people with warmth and kindness, and always has a circle of friends around him.Caddie is easygoing, tolerant, and very adaptable. He doesn’t rely heavily on people to feel secure and can handle new situations with confidence. Imagine him at the dog park—after one lap, he’d already know everyone and have a bunch of new buddies. He has the charisma of a leader and the ability to bring others together. If there’s a party, you can bet Caddie will want an invite—leave him out, and he’ll definitely bark about it!

Low High
Foster Family Says

Caddie is driven by social opportunities. When people or dogs approach, his “radar” goes off—he stands up, wags, and politely invites interaction. If ignored, he may bark to get attention, but a simple correction (voice or hand signal) brings him back.He sometimes responds to commands half-heartedly, so short daily training sessions will help him keep his communication skills polished and ensure he stays the polite, well-mannered dog he can be.

Medical History

My health has been checked:

  • Microchipped

My Behavior

My Behavior

Social opportunities are what usually motivate Caddie! When he sees a person or a dog approaching, Caddie's radar goes off. He will immediately stand up, wag his tail, and give a friendly invitation. He gets very happy if they respond to him. However, if he is ignored, Caddie will bark to get attention. At this point, a verbal command or hand signal is enough to stop him. Caddie can sometimes be a bit perfunctory with his commands, so it's best to keep practicing with him for a few minutes every day. This will help him maintain his communication skills and continue to be a polite dog!
