Passionate Parkour King
Adopt Guaiguai
Boy • 4 years old • Pisces • Brindle • 32kg • Mixed Breed
My story
Guaiguai is a resilient brindle boy who joined PACK Academy in September 2025. After being misunderstood due to his sturdy appearance and left tied under a bridge, he spent time in a shelter before coming to us. He is a straightforward soul who doesn't hold onto past trauma, showing absolute trust and enthusiasm toward humans. To him, the world is a giant playground, and people are his favorite playmates. Despite his rocky start, he remains an optimistic boy who thrives on interaction. This energetic brindle lad is now looking for a forever family that can match his enthusiasm, provide ample space for his "parkour" antics, and offer the steady companionship he deeply craves.

Personality
Guaiguai possesses a classic "ENFP Campaigner" personality; he is direct, proactive, and acts immediately on his impulses. Socially, he is extremely outgoing and curious, eagerly approaching every new person or dog he encounters. While he has a strong will—especially regarding his potty habits—and can occasionally be a bit self-centered or dull to social cues, he is deeply attached to humans. He proactively expresses his needs and shows exceptional learning potential. He is an optimistic and emotionally expressive dog; though he might play a bit too hard at times, his simple, pure desire to share joy makes him an incredibly charming companion.

My Behavior
1
Tolerance Levels
At PACK Academy, we socialize our dogs by exposing them to different stimuli and recording their tolerance levels for each one. These oservations help us understand the dogs better, which then helps us find suitable homes for them.
Strangers
Extremely enthusiastic; he will rush to sniff and greet people, often jumping up to give kisses.
Dogs
Very dog-friendly; he loves joining in play, though his strength can sometimes be overwhelming for others.
Cats
He is friendly with the cat in his foster home. Even though he’ll chase after them when they get the zoomies, he’s never aggressive. He’s so patient that he even lets the other cat playfully slap him in the face.
Kids
His friendly nature is good for kids, but his size and boisterous play require adult supervision to avoid accidents.
Noise
Barks at fireworks or sudden loud noises. He will pace and observe if he hears strange sounds outside the door.
Touch
Loves physical contact; he constantly seeks to cuddle and lean against his favorite humans.

Behavior observations
There are some common behavior issues that we see in dogs who have spent a significant amount of time in a shelter. We assess our dogs for these behaviors and provide training plans for adopters to help manage them.
Barking
Rarely barks; may only occasionally make sounds in rare instances to seek attention.
Separation Anxiety
Evident separation anxiety; he will try to escape through windows or doors when alone. Requires constant human presence.
Aggression
No aggression; even if provoked or attacked by other dogs, he does not retaliate.
Resource Guarding
Shows mild guarding (growling) toward other dogs regarding food, but never toward humans.
Destructive Chewing
Destructive behavior is mainly directed at doors or screens during escape attempts when left alone.
3
Obedience Training
Obedience training is critical for nurturing healthy dog-human relationships and having a well-behaving dog. Our dogs receive basic training at PACK Academy, which provides a foundation for communication between dog and human.
