Mr. Nice Guy
Adopt Johnson
Boy • 4 years old • Taurus • Yellow & White • 22kg • Mixed
My story
Johnson may look tough on the outside, but inside he is incredibly gentle and caring—toward both people and other dogs. In June 2025, PACK evaluators first met Johnson at the Neihu Animal Shelter. Local volunteers shared that he had once lived with a family and showed no behavioral problems, but was sadly abandoned. Because his early socialization may not have been enough, Johnson can be cautious with new situations or strangers. However, he adapts quickly and has a naturally calm temperament. With his lower activity level and gentle nature, he would be a wonderful match for families with seniors or children. Come meet Johnson and experience his softness for yourself!

Personality
If Johnson were a person, he’d be someone cautious with new experiences but still willing to try. He doesn’t seek the spotlight, but he’s not a wallflower either. He simply needs a little time to adjust to new environments. Once comfortable, his calm, warm, and social side shines—happy to interact with both people and dogs. He’s not a dominant leader, but instead a gentle follower, always polite, respectful, and giving space to others. He’s a tolerant, easygoing companion.

My Behavior
1
Tolerance Levels
At PACK Academy, we socialize our dogs by exposing them to different stimuli and recording their tolerance levels for each one. These oservations help us understand the dogs better, which then helps us find suitable homes for them.

May shy away if approached suddenly, but warms up with a little time and becomes affectionate.
Dogs
Very good-natured and able to play peacefully with other dogs.
Cats
Shows little reaction when seeing cats through cages.
Kids
Gentle and friendly with children
Noise
Retreats calmly to a safe corner when startled; remains steady.
Touch
Loves being petted everywhere, no sensitivity.
