My story

My story

In September 2025, PACK evaluators rescued Naidi from the Ruifang Animal Shelter. Although Naidi's left hind leg was amputated after being caught in a mountain trap, he remains incredibly affectionate and friendly. His agility and vibrant energy make his missing leg almost imperceptible. Naidi's most defining trait is his exceptional social skills; he is a polite "gentleman" with his peers and especially patient with smaller or younger pups, acting like a caring "nanny dog"—hence the name "Naidi." Naidi requires plenty of exercise and companionship. Don't underestimate him just because he has three legs; running and hiking are a breeze for him, making him a perfect fit for an active, outdoor-loving family!

Naidi

Personality

Naidi lives up to his name; not only does his black-and-white coat resemble a cow, but his personality is as smooth and gentle as milk. He is emotionally stable and adjusts his energy levels based on the atmosphere. Even if he gets over-excited during play, he can be easily calmed down. When interacting with other dogs, he is humble and yielding, actively avoiding conflict and looking after smaller or weaker companions. Mild-mannered and friendly, Naidi is suitable for all types of families and will make a wonderful companion dog!

Foster Family Says

Despite having only three legs, Naidi’s stamina is impressive—hiking and running are no problem for him. He craves human touch and wisely avoids conflicts during social interactions; he is a very sensible and empathetic boy. Regarding potty habits, he needs to feel secure; walking him in quiet grassy areas for a bit longer will help him relax and find the right spot to relieve himself.

My Behavior

My Behavior

Naidi is a perfect gentleman in social settings, often yielding to other dogs. While he can be slightly shy in new environments, he warms up quickly with simple guidance. He is very quiet and house-trained when someone is home; however, he exhibits mild separation anxiety when left alone, which may involve barking, scratching at doors, or occasional indoor accidents. He is highly food-motivated and learns commands quickly. He has established good walking habits and is resilient to environmental noise.
