Gentle Loyal Companion
Adopt Phineas
Boy • 6 years old • Scorpio • Black-brown • 12kg • Mixed Breed
My story
Phineas is a black-brown mixed breed with a unique "Dachshund-like" face. His past is a testament to resilience; he was originally a free-roaming dog on Yangmingshan cared for by a local rescuer. Later, he was admitted to the Neihu Taipei City Animal Shelter. After demonstrating his stable temperament, he passed a professional evaluation and officially entered the PACK Academy for further training. Despite having his left hind leg amputated, Phineas hasn't lost his faith in humanity. He is gentle and introverted by nature. While he might be shy during initial encounters, he is incredibly loyal to his chosen person. Once a bond is formed, he reveals himself to be an affectionate soul who gets along wonderfully with both people and other dogs.

Personality
Phineas embodies the "ISFP Explorer" trait—calm, introverted, and emotionally sensitive. He is sincere in his interactions and prefers building deep connections in quiet settings over forced socialization. His amputation hasn't diminished his spirit; instead, he carries himself with a quiet, composed grace. He is fiercely loyal to his owner and will guard his loved ones with eyes full of trust. In private, he is a true "blanket lover," enjoying the security and peace of burrowing into soft bedding for a cozy nap.
