"I've learned how to be happy no matter how bad things seem."
I'm short and stout but chubbiness is proof that PACK feeds us well. Oh, and my name is "Merry," not "Mary." I love playing with other dogs (unless they bully me because of my weight). I might not be the toughest dog at the shelter but I'm pretty sure I have the cutest personality.
My owner abandoned me for no reason when I was little and I still think about it a lot... it's not my best memory. However, that might also be the reason why I enjoy being here a lot. When we have visitors, I bark and run around because I don't want to be "unseen." Not being seen feels like being forgotten and unwanted.
I just want to tell the people at PACK Taiwan: "Thank you for taking care of me so I can have friends, lots of food and a comfortable home."

Energy Levels
Most of the time he is seen resting more, probably because he is a bit overweight, and he is less active than other dogs in the same garden.

Temperament
He actively approaches people and likes to be pet, but he does not like to be on leash and will run away once he sees a leash.

He is more submissive than independent and willingly follows people.

Adaptability
Merry has a few roommates and has no problem getting along with everyone. He adapts quickly to a new environment.

Merry is a healthy dog, apart from being a little overweight. PACK staff are constantly working hard to help him get thinner!
